How do I book the Hourly Chauffeur Service?
Simply let us know your vehicle of choice, date, start time, and expected stops. We’ll confirm availability, assign a professional chauffeur, and send you a personalized quote. Once you approve, your chauffeur is reserved and ready.
Is there a minimum booking requirement?
Yes, our service requires a minimum of 3 hours per reservation. This ensures your chauffeur remains on standby without interruptions. Additional hours can be purchased up to 7 hours or added seamlessly as your day evolves. If you require a chauffeur for several days, please contact Customer Care via chat or email at (888) 717-5157.
What types of vehicles are available?
Choose from our premium and luxury fleet—sedans, SUVs, and executive vans. Each vehicle is meticulously maintained, stocked with amenities, and outfitted for comfort (Wi-Fi, climate control, bottled water, etc.). Let us know if you have a specific model vehicle in mind, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
How are rates calculated?
Hourly rates cover your chauffeur’s time, all mileage, taxes, and tolls. There are no hidden fees: what you see in your quote is exactly what you pay. If your itinerary extends beyond the reserved hours, additional time is billed at the same hourly rate.
Can I make last-minute changes to my itinerary?
Absolutely. Our chauffeurs are on standby and remain flexible. As long as you provide reasonable notice—ideally 1–2 hours before your next stop—we’ll adjust the route. For spontaneous detours, just notify your chauffeur directly.
What is your cancellation policy?
- More than 48 hours before: Full refund of any prepayment.
- Within 24 hours: 50% of the reserved hours will be charged.
- No-show without notice: 100% of the reserved hours will be billed.
Are chauffeurs trained for privacy and security?
Every chauffeur completes an extensive training program covering defensive driving, customer service, confidentiality, and local regulations. Your safety, privacy, and comfort are our top priorities.
When will I receive the chauffeur's contact information?
The chauffeur’s name and telephone number will be sent to you before pickup via email and/or SMS. This message also contains the make, model and license plate number of the vehicle. If you booked for someone else, this information will be sent to the email address and phone number provided in the booking process.
How do I communicate with the chauffeur between stops?
For ease of use, you can contact the chauffeur via the telephone number that will have been sent to you before pickup and /or text message.
Is tipping included?
Gratuity is not included but always appreciated. If you choose to tip, you can do so directly to the chauffeur in cash or through the payment method on file.
How do you offset carbon emissions?
We partner with recognized carbon-offset programs that invest in renewable energy, reforestation, and community-based sustainability projects. Each ride’s emissions are calculated and balanced—at no extra cost to you.
What if I need Wi-Fi or other onboard amenities?
Most of our luxury sedans and SUVs offer complimentary Wi-Fi. Bottled water, phone chargers, and reading materials are provided upon request. Just let us know in advance so we can stock your vehicle accordingly.
Can I see an example itinerary?
- 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM: Drive to three back-to-back breakfast meetings across town.
- 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM: Transit to client site, stay on standby while you meet, then transfer to luncheon.
- 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM: Drop off at hotel for check-in and return to the chauffeur at request.
- 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM: Sightseeing and shopping at upscale boutiques.
- 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM: Evening gala attendance with a guaranteed ride home.
Remember: your chauffeur remains on standby the entire time, so you can modify stops or timelines as needed.
